1. Establish a system of discounts for educational services for secondary, higher and postgraduate education on a contractual form of training, given that per student discount does not exceed 50%:

1.1. talented and gifted young people:

Students and pupils of the day and correspondence courses 1 course in the first semester:

- With an average score of the general certificate of secondary education "5" or a diploma with distinction on the secondary education (Completion date not earlier than 2000) - 50%;

- With an average score of the general certificate of secondary education "4,5-4,99 - 30%;

- With an average score of the general certificate of secondary education "4,0-4,49 - 20%;

For diploma and certificate with honors, at the average score certificate discounts are made through a selection committee at the time the documents for admission. The contract for the first year of teaching is based on the discount amount 1 semester of the academic year.

-Students and undergraduates who have passed the session as "excellent" (full-time education) -20%;

-Students and undergraduates who have passed a session on "good and excellent" at passing examinations as "excellent" and 1 rated 'good' (full-time study) - 10%;

-College students who have passed the session as "excellent" (full-time education) -10%;
On the Student discounts are available to students, undergraduates and students of all courses in a certificate of the results of the session. Persons transferred from other schools discount is offered only on the results of the sessions at PSU S.Toraigyrov.

-Gifted children to the creative professions (day course), athletes (members of national teams of the University full-time and distance learning) to 50% for students (Students) - the children of university employees (full-time education at age 21 years) - from 10 to 30% are granted based on the decision of the Academic Council on the dean's views.

1.2. socially vulnerable youth:

-Students - the disabled child, disabled the first and second groups (full-time education, by correspondence courses from the age of 21 years) - 50%, provided the relevant documents (certificate of disability, identity cards);

-Students from the number of orphaned children (full-time education, by correspondence courses from the age of 21 years) - 50%, provided the relevant documents (identity cards of the student, the death certificate of parents, the decision about custody, the decision on termination of parental rights) ;

Discounts for orphans and disabled children, disabled 1 and 2 oz. 1 course, students draw up a selection committee. The contract for the first year of training is given the amount of discount for the entire academic year.

-Students whose parents are both disabled, the first and second groups (full-time study) - 25%, provided the relevant documents (copy of certificate of disability, parents, photocopy of birth certificate student, certificates of achievement);

-Students from large families with six or more children under the age of 18 years (full-time education) - 15%, provided the relevant documents (certificate of residence of family members, information about the progress of the student);

1.3. students from one family (two or more than 21 years) who are dependent on their parents - on one of them (second, third, etc.) discount (all forms of learning) - up to 20%, provided the relevant documents (photocopies of identity cards , references and studies on the performance of all students by the end of each semester, certificates of residence of family members);

1.4. graduates of 18 colleges (according to the approved list of 22 June 2010.) admission to the university at a rate of 20% of the cost of one semester in the first semester of the academic year. The discount is made by a selection committee at the time the documents for admission. The contract for the first year of teaching is based on the discount amount 1 semester of the academic year.

1.5. students (undergraduates, students) - University staff (all forms of training) - from 10 to 30%, provided the relevant documents (with the help of the personnel department of the University on the work site, a certificate of achievement at the end of each semester);

Students (undergraduates, students) from the staff of the University of% discount shall be determined by length of service. Seniority is taken into account at the beginning of each semester:

- From 1 year to 2 years - 10%

- From 2 years to 3 years - 20%

- Over 3 years - 30%

In the case of dismissal from the staff of the university, the student (graduate, student), to receive discounts on training and worked for 3 years after graduating from university or college must reimburse the university the amount of benefits received. A student who uses this discount, does not have the right to use another type of discount.

1.6. When you receive a discount for tuition in accordance with item 1.5, university staff will lose the right to establish a monthly surcharge to the basic salary

1.7. Students who paid the costs for the current academic year (students 1 rate for the first year of study taking into account the benefits (or without)) in the period up to October 01 this year, a discount rate of 7% on the annual cost without benefits. Documents to obtain discounts are served in the dean's offices no later than 15 October of this year (application in the prescribed form and copies of payment receipts).

On college students, this discount does not apply.

2. All discounts (except for discounts on orphans and the disabled, parents with disabilities) are conditioned upon timely payment (under contract for the provision of educational services p.8) for training at the time of the application for a discount (on October 15 and March 15 of the school year).

3. Students and pupils of all courses are available only to one type of discount for one semester (excluding discounts for payment in the period before October 1).

4. Annually by the Rector is appointed commission to offer discounts referred to in this position.

5. All discounts are for the current semester are available, subject to passing the examination within the previous session without satisfactory ratings.

6. Student (student, student), claiming the discount is drawn with a written statement, with all the necessary documents to the Faculty Dean's Office, where he trained.

7. Dean of the faculty in these terms provides the commission appointed by the rector, the documents on the right to receive discounts to students of the faculty.

Deadline for discounts:

- 1 semester until October 15

- 2 semester until March 15

Dean's office of each department maintains a log of accepting applications from the date of admission.

8. Help to offer discounts updated each semester
(Excluding discounts: for orphans, disabled children, disabled persons 1, group 2)

9. Students expelled for valid reason (other than illness), restored the students from previously expelled by valid reason, obliged to reimburse the university the amount of received subsidies for training for the current academic year, except for discounts for students with disabilities and orphans.

10. In exceptional cases, not accounted for in this Regulation, eligible for discounts on stays of commission.

11. This provision does not apply to:

- Training in Grantham Akim;

- Training on contracts funded enterprises.
